Customer Service Representative
The South Bay Expressway completes the north-south link between State Route 54 and the Otay Mesa International border crossing in San Diego, California.
Reporting to Customer Service Supervisor, your general responsibilities will include:
- Answer customer inquiries via, phone, email, fax, in person or in writing.
- Process applications and distribute transponders
- Process cash and credit card payments
- Research and resolve customer complaints
- Review license Plate Images
- Process customer & violation notices
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic:
- Customer service and cash handling experience
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual communication skills (reading, writing, arithmetic), speaking clearly and concisely
- Proven experience with call center operations,
- Be organized, and able or analyze and solve problem
- Answer up to 100 calls per day
- organizing, math and cash handling
- Possess High school level reading, writing and arithmetic skills
- 1-2 years customer service experience
