The South Bay Expressway Customer Service Center will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2009 in observance of Independence Day but will be open for normal business hours on Monday, July 6, 2009.
Also note that the Customer Service Center with be closing at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2009 for staff development.
Important information for cash customers at the Otay Mesa Toll Plaza:
The South Bay Expressway Main Line Toll Plaza, located in Otay Mesa will no longer be staffed by Toll Attendants on Saturdays and Sundays starting July 25, 2009. The lanes will be open for cash collections through the use of Automated Cash Machines only. Travelers should note that the Automated Cash Machines take exact change only, so please plan accordingly. Just as a reminder, these unstaffed toll lanes at the Otay Mesa Toll Plaza on Saturdays and Sundays will be in addition to our current unstaffed nighttime shifts of 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. daily.
